This property was purchased turn-key and was fully rented one month after possession. The size and readiness of the property along with its proximity to future light rail transit development were key factors in selecting this property.

A brand new basement along with minor main floor and exterior renovations provided a potential for $50,000 of profit after construction was completed. BUT, instead of listing the property for sale, it was decided to be held and rented as its cash flow and rentability were too much to let go of.
